Hi there,we are Strider and Julia. We have 2 rooms available in our sunny, warm and comfortable house because our housemates continue travelling. We are looking for more long-term tenants now who are clean, considerate and friendly.
We are a mixture of social full-time workers and a post-graduate student(26 - 32).We enjoy, surfing, hunting, hiking and mountain biking, horse riding, yoga and fishing, as well as tending to our little garden. Julia started making her own cleaning and cosmetic products, attempting ginger beer and kombucha as well as loves baking her own sourdough bread.We are very busy with life and enjoy coming home to a clean, tidy and peaceful environment. We are an environmentally minded household and buy free range eggs (we have a sweet and cheap hook up too). We enjoy cooking and sharing recipes and food as well as the odd wine or beer after work or duringthe weekend.The house has a nice big kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 showers, 1 toilet and a little reading nook beside the kitchen. The rooms are large and furnished including built in wardrobes. It's a short stroll from Merivale Mall and two supermarkets and a fruit shop.The rent is $175 and $195 for the rooms plus $25/week utilities.If you are looking for a place to call home with friendly and funny people for at least 6 months please get in touch and we can organise a time to check out the house!!
